Where do you deliver to?
We deliver ourselves locally in Palmerston North for a flat rate of $10!
We also deliver to Feilding, Ashhurst, Bunnythorpe, Kairanga, Longburn for a bit extra, will be worked out at checkout
Free pickup is available too, based in Hokowhitu
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes we offer same day delivery if ordered before 3pm. As I am a home based florist, feel free to flick me a message after hours. More often than not I am able to still make up flowers after hours(:
Will the flowers look exactly like the picture?
We will do our very best to re create something very similar to whats picured. Flowers are dependent on availability and whats in season. Pictures are an indication of size and colour palette!
I want a custom design, what do i do about this?
Awesome! Either leave a note in the special instructions box on what you're after otherwise send through a inspo pic on social media, alternatively contact 02102501134

What if the recipient isn't home when the flowers get delivered?
The flowers will be left in a shady spot out of the wind and sun by the front door. If there is no safe place to leave them(or they are visible from the road) a calling card stating to contact us when you get home and we will arrange a re delivery will be left!

If any flowers have not been delivered we ask to be contacted straight away and ask for 24 hours notice to investigate what has happened and attempt a redelivery.
If your flower order is made and has been picked up/ delivered and there are doubts about the quality/ quantity of the flowers, the sender should contact Rosebud Florist within 24 hours of the delivery date.
No refund or replacement will be made if rosebud is notified more than 48 hours after the flowers have been recieved.
Please remember flowers are perishable. It is the responsibility of the recipient to keep the flowers topped up with water and placed out of the sun, away from heaters.
